What is the name of this type of Photography?

Lately I have been searching for some good job ideas for when I’m older and the other day I had a great idea! I want to be a Photographer who takes pictures of celebrities. When I told my friends and family I got responses like ” So… Your gonna be in Paparazzi” As I researched more and more I realized that Paparazzi was when you took scandalous pictures and pictures of celebs when they are unaware. But I want to take pictures of celebs when they ARE aware like for DVD covers and Album covers, Photo shoots, fashion shoots, posing and maybe some scandalous ones that I can sell to magazines and newspapers. But I have no idea what type of photographer that is and I need some websites on it and whether you have to start of with z Lister’s to A Lister’s!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!
If I had to take photos of normal things for years and years then what type of photography would that be??

Paparazzi do not only take “scandalous” pictures. They basically take any pictures of celebs they can. That might be on a red carpet event or coming out of restaurants or dodgy long lens pictures of them when they are unawares.

What you have described covers portrait, fashion, commercial and paparazzi.
